There are some flaky tests in acceptance test harness project that sometimes fails and sometimes not. I have noticed that the exception that is thrown is about a timeout when the Jenkins is being restarted. The timeout is put at 360 seconds so I suspect that the problem it is not really on the restart itself but that the browser is not refreshed correctly.
