Archiving artifacts does not preserve timestamps

      Archiving artifacts does not preserve timestamps.
      Timestamps are set to moment of archiving
      This has been reported in a previous ticket JENKINS-7228, which is marked as resolved, but
      on my system windows server 2008R2 still occurs.
      Version Jenkins: Jenkins ver. 1.633

          It seems indeed to work correctly on a slave.
          So only on master are the timestamps modified.
