Please don't use bug reports to request help. Please use the Jenkins user mailing list to request help. There are many more people who can answer questions on the Jenkins mailing list than there are people who monitor git plugin bug reports.

In this particular case, you need to tell Jenkins where to find the git program. If you installed the git program at C:\Program Files\Git\bin\git.exe, then that needs to be configured in the global git configuration as the location of the git executable.

Alternately, you can modify the PATH on your Windows computer to include C:\Program Files\Git\bin and then declare the git program as git in the global configuration.
