Promotion Status shows an excess of whitespace (missed one)

      Firefox 42.0 or Chrome 46, on OSX 10.10.5 and Windows 7

      JENKINS-31320 successfully fixed a huge display issue for the promoted build plugin. It fixed the whitespace view when you open a job, and click "Promotion Status" right away. Awesome, thank you!

      However, if you open a job, and click a build first, then click "Promotion Status", the white space issue remains. Can you fix this as well please?
