It would be nice if you could optionally leave a comment as to why a build was marked to be kept.

For example, an intermittent unit test failure which you create a defect for. You might want to keep the build where it occurred and add the defect to it. This way, someone else would not come by and mark it for cleaning thinking it had been forgotten.
