HTML Report isn't allowed to run on jenkins client

      Hi,

      When trying to use the HTML Publish plugin to show some test results I encounter a problem with viewing the results because Jenkins somehow does not allow them.

      When entering the URL I see just a page with some navibar, however when opening the developers console I see the Jenkins does not allow to run script on that page(screenshots attached). I saw that this issue is barely discussed somewhere so i decided to see if there is any known issue about it and how to solve it.

          Sadly the specified Jenkins version is incorrect, as 1.627 did not have this behavior. Please be more careful when reporting an issue.
