Docker Traceability test only allows you to set a predefined set of fields, but sometimes you might need some other fields.

For example if you run some deployment tests against a docker image, you would like to set the test results on a field. I think it would be interesting to have this free text field so you can write for example that all deployment tests passed correctly, or other information not related directly to the docker build.
