replace custom temporary script with GIT_SSH_COMMAND

      git-client plugin do create a custom temporary script to pass SSH key to git.
      Since 2.3.0 `GIT_SSH_COMMAND` can be use to just pass plain ssh command like `ssh -i xxx`
