Test button in JIRA Trigger global configuration

      As a Jenkins user, I would like to have a test button in JIRA trigger global configuration page so that I will be able to know if I have configured the settings correctly.

      This issue might be implemented automatically by utilising JIRA plugin's JiraSite.
