Build Queue/Build Executor Status disappears

      Matrix Authorization Strategy Plugin 1.3

      After upgrading the plugin from 1.2 to 1.3 the Build Queue/Build Executor Status elements disappears after a short while (at least when no jobs are running, haven't tested other scenarios).

      These messages are printed to the javascript console:

      There's no element that has ID of buildQueue
There's no element that has ID of executors
