How do I know that build was marked to be kept ?

      Is there a way to know which build is marked and which is not ?
      There is nothing in the log ....
      How do I know this plugin runs at all ?

          Answering my own question:
          If you try to delete a marked build, you get the message:

          Warning: This record is explicitly marked to be kept.

          Still, It would be nice to have a message in the log that plugin is marking some build, so we know it's there
