Clearing the search box fully hides the configuration page

      Steps to reproduce it:

      1. Create freestyle job
      2. In the configuration page, write "SCM" in the search box (top left)
      3. Then click on the little X in the search field
      4. The formulary is entirely hidden (when it should be "unfiltered" so being entirely shown)
