Pipeline script view not resizable

      Centos 7 server
      OSX client, using firefox and chrome

      Looks like a regression of JENKINS-31585. In pipeline 1.14 I could edit the size of the workflow script edit box. 1.15 I can no longer do this anymore. Firefox and Chrome have this issue, haven't tried any other browser.

          It might be a Minor bug but it is a Major pain when dealing with Pipeline scripts.

          This problem still persists in the latest version of Pipeline (2.2) with LTS 2.7.1.
          Should I create a new bug for this when the plugin is no longer called workflow-plugin?
