Workflow script editor resize not working

      Related to JENKINS-31585.

      I installed the 1.12 on a clean jenkins from the latest on the master branch. Resize doesn't seem to work. Tried it on chrome and firefox. No JavaScript errors.

      Strange thing is .... I also tested using the latest workflow-plugin code running the aggregator via HPI and it works fine there. Is prototype eating the mouse events?

          A fix for this issue was just released in Pipeline: Groovy plugin version 2.84.
