Vertical bar to the left of the job config options glitches

      Steps to reproduce:

      Freestyle project
      Alternate clicking on "Execute concurrent builds if necessary" and "This build is parameterized".

      The vertical bar will extend to the next section, then be separated again, over and over.

          This seems to be browser specific and is very minor.
          I can reproduce on OSX FF 45.0.1 but not Chrome or Safari on OSX. Post 2.0 rc I will check for wider browser support on PC as well.
