Skip button on 'Create First Admin User' (see screenshot) suggests that I will skip create process but what it actually does is skipping admin info update. My first admin user is already there. There is info about it AFTER I click the 'skip' button.

IMHO info what button will do should be on the same screen or the title of the screen should be different (i.e Override/Fill Admin Info)
