The current search procedure (for SCRIPT_FILE, from workflow-multibranch) is case sensitive.

It proposes to change the procedure in order to notice to the user the search is case sensitive, for example it finds something like jenkinsfile, JenkinsFile, etc...

We can find weird behaviors if it works on filesystems case insensitive.
