Support of com.wangyin.parameter.WHideParameterDefinition in Jenkins CLI

      When running jobs using the CLI it does not supports hidden parameters.

      "CLI parameter submission is not supported for the class com.wangyin.parameter.WHideParameterDefinition type. Please file a bug report for this"
