Support Amazon ECR plugin for pushes

      We would like to use an Amazon ECR to publish our images to, but it requires a special authentication for docker to be able to push images. The Amazon ECR (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Amazon+ECR) plugin seems to be able to handle this as it is more than just using AWS credentials.
