The list "Build was started by" could be hundreds of lines long if there are many upstream projects for the current build.
If the list of causes increases in size it becomes more difficult to get the other information following after the "Build was started by" section.

One suggestion is to make the list expandable, which can be done in the summary.jelly of Cause action
can be found here:
jenkins/core/src/main/resources/hudson/model/CauseAction/summary.jelly
I attached the changed jelly file.
In this yelly version the content is made expandable via css.
By click on show details it can be displayed and by click on hide details is can be hidden.

A other suggestion is to show the list as last section of the page. So the user is not forced to scroll a long time to see the other information.
