Hi

When I want to use project matrix security I am wonder me why Tag permission is
avaible for configuration only in the config panel.

It is a security hole because :

• I want TOTO user have configuration job permission only on specifics jobs, not
  all.
• TOTO user must have Tag permission activated on the project matrix security in
  the admin panel because it is not possible to specify this permission on a
  specific job.

Thus If I do not want give any permissions to TOTO user for a specific job, TOTO
user always have the tag permission activated and can tag ALL jobs anywhere.

Am i right ?
