Backend PoC: extensibility and data retrieval

      Vivek and I should extend the current PoC to include how the additional data on the server (such as code coverage summary) can be retrieved by BO frontend plugin without dedicating BO backend plugin.

      This should include the client side that shows how the tree API comes into this mix.

          I synced up today with Vivek and looked at the code. This is a note to myself for the remaining work:

          • I need to enhance Stapler to handle object graph traversal without serving views, so that exposed API routes from extensions come under blueocean without the trailing .../api
          • Add @Export(merge=true) to model impls to expose routes from extensions
          • Write a test case on, say, unit test results to demonstrate the whole concept.

          I implemented navigable links support. Kohsuke is implementing responding to path elements accessing plugin specific data in generic way. This work is going to be addressed in m3. I will move the ticket to m3 sprint.
