In Jenkins 2 you can:

• create a Github organisation item and scan for repositories/branches with Jenkinsfiles
• Create multi-branch repository folders for Git, Github and Bitbucket

These all end up creating either a single multi-branch repository folder with branch jobs within or a folder with multi branch folders within it.

Developer should never see these concepts and they should be presented as a higher level or first class concept.
