Administrator options not saved

      I click the "Advanced" options for the Email-ext plugin, and de-select the "Send
      To Committers" options for "still failing" and "still unstable" triggers, then save.

      Whn I next configure the project, the "Send To Committers" options for "still
      failing" and "still unstable" triggers are selected, not de-selected. Other
      triggers seem to save the options correctly.
