Currently when you get a listing of steps under a flownode, you don't know if it has a log or not.

Some steps, like deleteDir() do not. If you try to fetch /log on that steps run, you get 404.

Would it be possible to know from the /steps that it has no log? This means the GUI can represent the state correctly as having no log (and not expanding). This also helps with log tailing.
