API to create a Pipeline using a Git repository

      • Create a multibranch pipeline with a git repository URL
      • Pipeline should have a name
      • Pipelines can only be created off of an existing organization
      • Allow setting any credential in the users scope as the credentials
      • Allow setting no credentials
      • Allow specifying what folder the pipeline will exist in within the organization

      • Any other job type
