'Build periodically with parameters' option not available for declarative pipeline jobs

      Using Jenkins 2.7.1 LTS, the 'Build periodically with parameters' option is not available for parameterized pipeline jobs.

      On the other hand, it is available - as expected - for parameterized freestyle jobs.
