Pipeline text area doesn't have a horizontal scrollbar when long lines are long

      For a Pipeline script with long lines inside of the text area, when the page loads there aren't scroll bars in the text area on page load.

      Scroll bars appear if you navigate to the end of the long line, but not until that happens
