The icon in the snippet generator helpfully explains which plugin provides the step. This is useful for a multitude of reasons, such as:

• Helps administrators find documentation/updates for the plugins which drive important steps
• Helps users who might want to submit a bug report or patch, find the right place to submit it
• Attributes the functionality to the right plugin in order for documentation/blog posts, etc to work

It would be immensely helpful to have the documentation linked in the "Global Variable Reference" (pipeline-syntax/globals) have similar "citations" in the grey boxes that contain their documentation.
