Throttle Concurrent Builds plugin causing job config web UI to misalign badly

      Enabling Throttle concurrent builds option causes entire job configuration page to go out of bounds. It used to look fine in older Jenkins versions but its breaking the UI since latest Jenkins update. Please see attached for screenshot.
