Currently RunWrapper is implemented in workflow-support yet its docs mainly live in pipeline-build-step with an awkward reference from workflow-cps.
Need to figure out how to define an HTML blob next to the implementation and then include it. An earlier attempt using st:include failed, IIRC because there was no from.
rtyler was complaining about this I think.
