We are observing critical data loss after upgrading our Jenkins base + plugins.

Jenkins Base upgraded from 1.630 to 1,651.1
Artifactory plugin upgraded from 2.4.2 to 2.7.2

Jenkins stores job's config (config.xml) in old data format until an configuration change is done .

After upgrade i just changed build name setter value and note that did not even touch any artifactory settings. After saving my job - observed that artifactory settings are wiped out from config.xml. Refer to attached screenshot which contains file diff of config.xml

This is a critical data loss and we have thousands of jobs with Artifactory settings enabled.
