Remoting Engine will fail to establish connection if one of the parameter URLs is malformed

      Discovered it during the fix of JENKINS-39596. If hudson.remoting.Engine receives a list of URLs with a malformed option (e.g. in the case of manual startup), all other URLs won't be even tried.

      Remoting should report and skip malformed URLs
