I migrated to Pipeline with Github Organization Folder plugin very soon, it's so great and I'm so happy with it.

However, it has a behaviour, that when on PR gets merged, and base branch gets updated, all PRs get rebuilt.

While it makes sense, it causes huge load on build server.

      Can you do it configurable?
At least, it makes sense to not rebuild PRs with failed previous build (on unfinished PR)

I'm very excited to try v2.0.0 because this issue was blocking for us as well. Is there a way I could "watch" the releases of GitHub Branch Source plugin so I'm notified as soon as the official v2.0.0 is available? Thanks
