When editing pipeline model defintion, I would like to know what environment variables are available for both validation (before execution) but also as visual prompts in the pipeline visual editor.

In Scope:

• Validate that an environment variable is valid before execution (where possible)
• Provide an api that yields a list of valid environment variables

Possibly in scope:

• Provide folder scoped properties available to a pipeline
