      Steps to reproduce

      1. Login to Blue Ocean
      2. Click on the background of a favorite card
      3. The run will open
      4. click close

      The user should be back on the Dashboard but is instead redirected to activity

            This regressed after the fix for JENKINS-40662 was merged. Now we have unit test coverage for LocationService where the bug was found.
