    Description

      When following along a pipeline execution you often see a lot of: 

       

      blueocean.js:17913 [ERROR - io.jenkins.blueocean.dashboard.harmonizeTimes] not found any startTime, seems that a component should not have called this me
error @ blueocean.js:17913

      Would be nice to find cause and eliminate.
