When creating Pipelines in Blue Ocean, there is no place to configure the scan interval, and it defaults to once per day. That is generally too long to be useful. Combined with JENKINS-43133, this means I have to go to classic UI to run any Pipeline (excluding when I use the Pipeline Editor).

The Pipeline Creation page should include an option to configure a scan interval (or test that Git/GitHub integration is working).
