• Landing page route is made extensible
• Blue Ocean implements that extension point to redirect to /blue/organizations/jenkins/pipelines
• Today we redirect to /blue/pipelines but we should redirect to /blue/organizations/jenkins/pipelines

Notes
The default landing page (redirect form / to /pipelines) is hard coded and not extensible. BO needs to allow landing page to be changed to a different component by BS
