Make it possible to remove a build's score card from the users score

      Sometimes one of the rules gives out too many points due to a bug or similar, and it would
      be nice to be able to remove the builds score card from each user that participated in
      the game. This should only be allowed by Game administrators. Perhaps it could be possible
      to enable a score card after it has been disabled....
