Add Locale Files

      With internationalization now supported since the resolution of JENKINS-43554, add the supported locale files to the plugin once the translations are completed.

       

      The languages supported will the same ones as the [Crowdin OWASP ZAP|https://crowdin.com/project/owasp-zap] project.
