I am trying to use Email-ext-plugin to email "Send to Developer" built-in trigger to send an email for every success and failure of the build to developer who pushed the code to GIT and initiated the build...

I am getting a weird message when email is trying to be sent by Jenkins

"Not sending mail to user xxx@xxx.com with no permission to view job xxx build # xxxxx"

This message shows up for majority of the users and it sends email fine for few other ones  ..

We are using Matrix-based security and all of the users are members of the same grom "jenkins-users" and have same permissions  ...i compared two users ( one that receives an email and the other one that doesn't) and there is no difference what so ever in their permissions..

I also tried to add a property to Jenkins.xml to send the email to all the users, regardless of their view permissions and that did not work either ..
