support HTTP authentication

      The Bugzilla plugin should support HTTP authentication (Basic and Digest), like
      for example the Subversion support already does.

      This should not present any difficulties since HTTPClient has good support for
      this.

      (This is orthogonal to the Bugzilla authentication - some setups use double-
      login, with HTTP authentication controller by the web server, and then Bugzilla
      logins as usual.)
