Allow roundtrip editing for http/https repositories

    • Blue Ocean 1.4 - beta 3, Blue Ocean 1.6 - beta 2

      Scope

      • If the user does not have a username/password credential for the http(s) repository, ask for a username and password (just like Bitbucket Server
      • Scope the credential with the domain of the normalised repository url (e.g. https://reposerver.com/mycoolrepo)
