Can't add environment variables in global settings after kubernetes plugin 1.0 update

      After upgrading to version 1.0 of the kubernetes plugin, it is no longer possible to add environment variables from Manage Jenkins -> Configure Jenkins. When clicking the "Add Environment Variable" button, nothing shows up.

      I've verified this on a clean Jenkins installation with no other plugins installed.
