Scriptler Step set to default when job config is saved by non-admin user.

      We use core 2.73.2 and scriptler-plugin 2.9.

      When a jenkins-user (see users.png) saves a jobconfig, all scriptler steps will be set to default and all parameters of the scriptler vanish (see buildStepReset). Scriptler in Dynamic Choice Parameter stay.

      Up to core 1.651.3 there is no problem with that.

      We know scriptler is deprecated but so far we use it extensively
