i want to create issue in JIRA when ever the test cases are failed. already we are getting HTML reports in Jenkins if the test cases are failed it should automatically create issue in jir a with some feild has to be updated automatally with some information.
[JENKINS-48088] need to create issue in jira through jenkins when HTML reports are generated

HTML Publisher simply publishes HTML reports. It is not designed for also reporting issues to JIRA. I suggest searching for "jira" on https://plugins.jenkins.io/ and looking through the available JIRA plugins to find one that meets your needs.
