Allow hudson to send SMS notifications

      We bend the gcal publisher to allow Google to send us free SMS. This requires
      the user to have properly configured his phone on the google calendar.

      I tested this on my machine with success. Posting this raw as I have some
      issues with hudson creating 2 entries for the gcal plugin on the project
      configuration page. Not sure if it is a hudson bug or caused by the plugin

      Happy if someone else want to try it further (e.g. wrt to upgrade).
