Request to make Testcase version available in Jenkins Build environment

      Hi just seen, that in 3.13 the testcase external ID has been made available.
      In our environment for atuomated testing we need the testcase version as well.

      For the time being we tested the attached change in TestLinkHelper.java on tag 3.12 already and ask for integration.
