[JENKINS-48663] Job Template execution getting 400 request

I've uploaded a new version of the plugin which tries to give more details as to what might be happening in Tower. This is version 0.6.1 and should show up in the Jenkins update center tomorrow but could take longer (the last release took a day and a half to push out). Please try this version to see if it helps. If it does not lead you to the issue please send me a screen shot of your job in Tower.
